falsely advertising lower prices online and even after calling to confirm car was available and price....was told yes too all questions. Once I made it to their dealership was told price was an sale that was no longer active (I spoke to someone night before)...listing was less than 2 days old... I call this a SCAM operation.

Had a great experience at the dealership , from the second I got on the parking lot the sale reps Oliver and Zack welcomed me. Got a great deal on 2016 Benz and we used an expired promo on my car which was pretty cool of them. Great customer service

The worst lowlife scammers. Stay away from this dealership.

They do not have the car they are advertising. For weeks they have been claiming that the car is coming until they finally confirmed that it was being driven over to their shop. I received a call from them the next morning once again confirming that the car had arrived. I drove an hour out to the shop, and the car was not there. Instead of apologizing, they immediately tried pushing me to buy other cars that they had. Obviously I said no, and then they tried to get me to start signing paperwork for the car that was nowhere in sight. Seriously? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

They kept adding random fees to increase the price of the car. And wasted my time. I was ready to buy the car but they kept bringing random fees to increase the price. The car started as $16,800 and crept up to $18,800 BEFORE TAXES! And they kept trying to add more and more unnecessary fees. Terrible experience and a waste of time. Will never go here ever again. Will tell everyone I know to never go here.

The car was exactly what it was advertised. All people in the shop are very nice, very friendly, and explained clearly everything I need to know about. I am very pleased to have purchased a car in the same day, and will very likely go there to buy next car.

Customer service was pretty good. Car on the other hand not in the best shape, they were willing to take some off the price but not enough for me to make the purchase, overall the service was good. Ask for Stanley..

After searching for my dream car, I came across this dealership online. The prices are great. Also, I was very pleased how helpful and professional everyone was, especially Henry. He went out of his way to make everything possible for me. He made the entire process run extremely smooth and i would highly recommend Yes Auto to all my friends and family.
