Overall my experience was good at the service department. It was the second time I had to bring my door in to get repaired, for the same issue. They were quick to schedule an appointment and hopefully fully resolve the manufacturers issue.

Very reasonable place to do business
I must say overall a great dealership. I feel they were very reasonable and accommodating to do business with. Olivia was by far an integral part of my truck buying process. Very polite, professional and easy to deal with. She presented what I thought were very viable options to my requests. I will certainly return and hopefully deal with Olivia again when the time comes to replace my other car. Overall, a very positive experience purchasing my vehicle from MapleCrest
