Emma displayed professionalism, excellent customer service, honesty, a direct approach, and spent an ample amount of time with me (a potential customer). She didn't act like a usual salesperson and showed a true interest in helping me. Emma is pleasant and I would feel comfortable referring people to her.

Great Experience

Recently bought a Ford from Emma. She came recommended from a friend who had bought vehicles from Maplecrest in the past. Emma was attentive and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying a vehicle, one that we have come to dread, painless and quick. Paperwork was ready, no haggling, and very professional. Nice and smooth. Very satisfied customer during covid 19

Had a strange but wonderful car buying experience at...

Had a strange but wonderful car buying experience at Maplecrest Ford! It was the first and hopefully last time I have to purchase a vehicle during a world pandemic, the team at Maplecrest got the job done efficiently and safely! Olivia went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I had found on the internet, from a contact free sanitized test drive, to Express shipping the paper work to me for signing, and lastly meeting me half way in a hotel parking lot with my new purchase as I lived an hour from the dealership. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you to everyone at Maplecrest for making this possible! Would highly recommend anyone to purchase a new vehicle here, pandemic or not!

Great prices and Great Service

I was contacting Ford dealerships throughout my tri-state area, and everyone was giving me the run around on final pricing for the truck I wanted. I called Dave at Mendham and explained how many dealers I called, which options I was looking for, and where I wanted the price to be. Dave assisted, and even though he didn't have the truck on the lot, he found it for me at another dealer. Dave introduced me to Olivia, who picked my vehicle up hours upstate and delivered it to me. They accommodated remote delivery, and the service was terrific. I would recommend Maplecrest Ford to anyone in the tristate looking for a new vehicle at a great price.

Great deal! Nice people.

James Skuraton was very good at making a deal for me for this wonderful Ford Flex. Communications were great, and was very nice and personable. Would be happy to travel this far again for an experience like this.
