I have a 2014 Cadillac SRX and My HMI module.

I have a 2014 Cadillac SRX and My HMI module. went bad due a water leaking from the sunroof. I fixed the leak, and I got a used HMI from Ebay (The same part number) That it was belong to a Cadillac Escalade with different Vin Number. The part needs to be reprogrammed (Change the pin number) and they told me that they can do it and it will cost me 230.00. I left the car at the dealer, and they called me after about 4 hours to tell me that They can't do it because they don't have the right software to do it but I still have to pay the 230.00. I had to pay for nothing. I ended sending the unit to this place (White Automotive & Media Services) and they fix it for $99.00. Agnelio Cstillo

Never again F words by financial guy 27m mi vs 30m

Down payment didn't include 1st payment. Purchased Courtesy car and only gave me 27m mi instead of 30m. Financial employee used F words Buyer Beware

Excellent!

I have been on the lookout for a truck for a while now, found the dealership through auto trader. Now while in the end I wasn't able to make a deal I wanted to commend Mark Siewert for his assistance and professionalism assisting me on my search. He's a credit to the organization.

My XT5

Fantastic dealership with some of the best sales and service people that I have ever met. It is completely no pressure and everyone from the receptionist to the salespeople to the advisors in the service department, are so pleasant and wonderful to work with. The facilities are very comfortable and accommodating and there are always snacks and refreshments waiting. Every time I have brought my vehicle in for service, the work was done to a very high standard and right on time. They have always provided me with a wonderful loaner vehicle and there kindness and appreciation for my business is apparent every time I visit there. I will continue to buy vehicles from this dealership and from the one salesperson in particular who I have dealt with from the very beginning. A great job and my thanks to all the people that have made my car buying experience such a great experience

Unable to repair

Took a Pontiac G6 convertible to repair a top that would not work. After 12 days I had to find the part they were looking for and show them where to buy it! Took a 2012 Escalade EXT (84,000 miles) in for transmission repair. They first misrepresented their warranty by saying "Lifetime protection" actually it is 30,000 miles. And the coverage only goes to $2,000 even though they make it sound like it is fully covered. Service rep called after 8 days and said it was repaired. Cost to me a whopping $4,500 and that is with a $1,000 off for warranty! Why only a $1,000? Don't know yet!! Took it and it was not shifting properly. Dealer called and said it was repaired again, I drove the vehicle off the lot and returned it within 15 minutes because it was doing the same thing. This time they have had my vehicle for over 16 days for the same problem.They still have it to date 9/28/19. They will have been working on this transmission for over 26 days and counting!!! The average cost for a remanufactured transmission for this vehicle is $2,300. The average labor is 8 hours. I was charged $2,900 for parts (not remanufactured) and 17 hours @ $155.00/hr or $2,600 and it still doesn't work!!!!! Take your business elsewhere.
