The service was fantastically fantastic . My service advisor. And service manager Greg were great . They listened to my concerns and took action To take care of the problem . I nominate them for an award for the service they gave me . They both have been a God send for me . . Bless them both . My work in my car was done quickly and I appreciate that also . I appreciate the use of a loaner so that I could keep my medical apptms also . They heard me and made my visit superior . Again please give them an award for their kindness . Kenny Ketchen was so knowledgeable on every question that I, as well as my parents, had. He understood that I wanted what I wanted, but emphasized the importance of what my NEEDS are for my daily living. He faught for a fair price, and made sure I felt comfortable and was informed of every step that was taking place. He allowed me to take time to reflect and process everything I was learning not only about the car, but also the financial aspect. He also commended me on doing my own research on the car that I wanted.
