Kenny Ketchen was so knowledgeable on every question that I, as well as my parents, had. He understood that I wanted what I wanted, but emphasized the importance of what my NEEDS are for my daily living. He faught for a fair price, and made sure I felt comfortable and was informed of every step that was taking place. He allowed me to take time to reflect and process everything I was learning not only about the car, but also the financial aspect. He also commended me on doing my own research on the car that I wanted.

The Service that I received for my last visit at Milennium Honda was excellent. I strongly recommend them for your next service.

Came in for service related to recalls and was made aware that I needed an alignment. Was not told about any discounts they were offering for the work but luckily I remembered a mailer I got offering 10% off so I was able to use that.

I just got a NY State inspection and had to wait about one hour. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my 2024 Accord Hybrid it had been washed.

My salesman Thamar Michel was so unprofessional during the sales process. He almost lost the sales if it wasn't for Mr Frederique that came alone and with patience to assisting me of secure an Insurance with a local insurance office. Mr. Frederique was very professional and very patient. I was going to cancel the the sales and Mr. Frederique convince me to not cancel the deal and told me that he will speak to Mr. Michel request permission to assisting me secure insurance. Mr. Michel does not have patient and let me seating down never check on me. I am very happy with my new car and I want to Thank Mr. Frederique so much for his assistance. I highly recommended Mr Frederique to anyone looking to get a car. I referred two people to Mr. Frederique and they are happy with the way Frederique conduct himself and assisting them.
