They charge you fees that they don't even go over. They practically commit fraud when selling a car. Hope the Kansas Attorney investigate and shut them down.

Don’t waste your time with this place
Don’t waste your time buying a car from this place. They are not transparent in their sells, jack up the price with out telling you. Refers you to a low interest credit union, that can’t tell you how much interest you pay a monthly and charges you an arm and a leg with intrest up front loan. Can’t wait for some to report their butt to the KS attorney general for fraud.

They try to work with u. The manager isn't too friendly one could say but the rest of the staff try to help as much as they can. I sold a car to them and they netgotiated with me fairly.

Final Update: Spoke with the manager John about my ongoing issues. I was told due to my poor review of their dealership, he had no interest in helping me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional resolution after being having so many issues. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Update: I no longer recommend this dealer. I bought another vehicle from the dealership last year—a 2008 Ford Explorer with just over 100K. I was told things were in good shape. After buying it, I took it to a Ford Dealership that told me my rear brakes were unsafe, leaking radiator, and a broken AC. Country Hills fixed the listed items, but it took them 6 visits. It also has excessive rust, which I was assured was normal for the age of the vehicle. It’s not normal. Over the last year, I’ve had to replace the ignition coil, spark plugs, and airflow sensor, case transfer seal, and now I’m having to replace the transmission. The car has more in repairs than it’s worth. This car has been in the shop 9 times for repairs.

We were not informed of the $1,000 cost of a so-called *tru-coat* preventive application BEFORE the fact. Now I find out that the coating is not even effective on paint that is several years old. These folks are crooks. Avoid at all costs!!!

Dennis was amazing.
Dennis was amazing. We found a car that we were looking for (during the national shortage of cars, high demand) and the price was actually fair! We were treated with dignity and respect, and even making a friendly, family type connection with him sharing photos of his dad on his family farm. I have already recommended the dealer and Dennis to my friends and family and we will be back when it's time for our kids to get their cars. Thank you a bunch Dennis for a great experience!
