Body Shop repaired damage to my tailgate 2019 Rang

Good service in 2 places. The Inspector never showed up to review my leased car turn-in plan, so had wonderful service from Randy Dunn, Sales agent, who processed my paperwork for purchasing the car. Secondly, I had my car serviced with the $39.95 plan and added 2 Lug Bolts recommended by Evan Coppedge, Service agent. All went well and the team did a great job. Later in the day I got a call from the Inspector, who was in Columbia on his way back to Greenville, apologizing for not showing up for the 8:00-12 noon appointment time to take care of my car - says the schedule was inaccurate. Well, I got 3 notices to remember the 8-12 meeting I had scheduled with him. Somebody screwed-up the schedule.

Great experience

Another wonderful experience with Ted in Commercial sales group. Kept me informed as to when my truck would be in and ready for pickup. Took excellent care of us thru the entire process

Great service!

Tom in service dept. is great! Everyone I came in contact with in the service department were very nice. I bought my Ford Escape from Camille back in April 2020 and will return to purchase my next vehicle from him. .

Car Serviced

Customer Service Manager was right on top of things. He was able to get me in slightly before my appointment was to scheduled. The service technicians were efficient and had me out 15 minutes before promised.

Great service

I had to take my car in for recall service. They told me it might take half a day. It took 1 12 hours when they determined the recall problem had been repaired correctly the first time.
