So incredibly awful
I plan on taking the time to write one star reviews on every outlet available to warn everyone to stay far away from this dealership. It's been three months since I purchased a car from them and I'm still yet to get the paperwork necessary to register it. My husband and I have called and emailed at least twice a week for 6 weeks and the entire financing department, managers included, REFUSE to get back to us to help sort this out, while I'm meanwhile using very expired, very illegal plates while they pretend this isn't their problem. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I wish I'd done my research before trusting these crooks with this important of an investment. ZERO STARS.

Bought a used car at a reasonable price.
Big dealership with lots of people. Some staff were personable and helpful. Trade in and purchase price were reasonable. There was some miscommunication on trade in payoff and finance account. More effort could have been made from dealer in the deal. They made some comprises but easily could have lost the deal. Bigger dealer isn't always better.

Waste of time
Drove from Idaho Falls, Idaho to this dealership to check out a couple of vehicles listed on line. Beware of hidden fees and add ons. I have NEVER had a dealer tell me they had to add on the cost of detailing and fixing any problems with a car they purchased to sell. We were interested in one that was still in these stages. Drove it, liked it although it needed a few minor fixes. The tires, however were a disgrace. 3 of them were close to the wear bars (one already there). One tire that didn't match was in great shape. I'm assuming this was the tire that led them to "PASS" inspection. They could have made an east cash sale but were too money greedy and unwilling to work with us.

Great experience
I recently visited Tim Dahl’s Nissan and had the pleasure of looking at cars with James Thorpe. I was treated very well by everyone there. I was shown several different cars that would fit my lifestyle perfectly. James was very professional at all times and never once made me feel like I needed to rush. All I can say is that the atmosphere at Tim Dahles is the best atmosphere at any car dealership.

Called for service
Alex you are a disgrace to Nissan you should get a demotion. This person would not let me speak to the owner he said there was no one else above him . I needed service on a vehicle that was brand new bought from them and he would not allow me to speak to anyone . I also have bought $30,000 brand new rescently from them . They treat you amazing at time of purchase but once you sign the paperwork you are nothing but a number ( when you need help they push you to the side ) Alex you are in the wrong business you make the company look bad and you lost another customer .

Worst car buying experience I've ever had
I wouldn't even take a free car from this dealership if I had to interact with them again. Better of buying from KSL. This dealership has some pretty shady practices and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Which is saying a lot considering buying a car is generally not a pleasant experience.
