Ken Garff

Edsel was very helpful and stayed in contact while my car was in order. Process was simple and I am very happy with my car. Ken Garff is a great place to buy from.

Emissions and New Sticker in a flash

Needed an emissions test and in the spot car car registration. It was Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment. They got me in quickly and out the door with a new sticker.

I always feel good about taking my car to Ken Garff Downtown for service. They are thorough and I trust what they tell me and I trust them with my car. This is the second vehicle I have purchased with them (Salesman, Ron Brown) and I’ve never had a bad experience with the service department or the dealership as a whole. I hope they continue their business philosophy of taking care of the customer. Natalie helped me in the service department today. She is an asset to the company, but like I said above, I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone at the dealership. Even the parts guy installs new batteries in my key faub. Great Team!!!!!

Well Organized and Professionals

Very efficient and organized with appointment and reminders. was able to finish my 1st service within hour. Friendly environment! Waiting area has a small section for kids too, it was very engaging for my son too while waiting.

This new civic is awesome

Today I picked up a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. It is beautiful. I purchased my last Honda from Ken Garff and everything went smooth so I figured I would go back and get a new car from them. I worked with Eddie. He was so knowledgeable about the features on this new car and did more than enough to ensure I was comfortable before leaving. I highly recommend you talk with him if you go into this location.

I know I can trust Ken Garff!

Wow! We have been doing business with Ken Garff for about 20 years and their service has been exceptional! Their employees are so easy to work with! I have dealt with their service department and their service representatives throughout the years and all have been respectful, supportive, and get the job done! This week Andrew answered our call. Our 14 year old Honda Accord would not start. We had it towed to downtown Honda that night. That night Andrew left a message for us which helped us have direct contact with him! The next morning he called and by the afternoon it was repaired and ready for pickup! Good as new! Ken Garff has helped keep the accord, with over 283,000 miles, going over these years. Fast Convenient and Customer Service Oriented

I had the oil change, tire rotation and multi point check on my CRV today. Jay Cuellar was great to work with. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, informative and customer service oriented. The Ken Garff Honda dealership has a large and very clean waiting area with coffee and beverages. I will use this dealership again.
