Friendly, upfront and honest, and took care of issues well me and my wife bought a 2010 Dodge Avenger even though the banks are tough they were honest and worked hard to get us the best financing we could get. we found a couple small issues the first day and Pete Gallego hooked us up and are getting the issues taken care of robert in financing was very upfront and and did not jerk us around and was very straight forward and honest. i cant hold the banks against the dealership. but between Robert and Pete the experience and great. when the time comes again i'll be coming here again

This is the second car we purchased from Tracy at Prestman and we highly recommend working with him. Prestman is very up front with their prices and have the best deals around. I never knew what a branded title was until I came to Prestman and they educated me how to get a very nice Lexus more than 10 thousand discount from other dealers. If you want a great deal this is the place.

I really enjoyed my purchase with Prestman. I bout a 2010 Fusion and LOVE it! No pressure sales tactics (which for me is 80% of a good experience), they were laid back and easy to deal with. Pete took care of a few things that were bothering me about the car with no additional charges, and that was super refreshing not to have the dealer say they need to charge me more to get what I want.
