The facility itself makes you feel like you are dealing with knowledgeable, sophisticated people. My husband and I were both treated with equal respect. I visited the dealership the other day to get some information on the current and 2018 A8 model. The receptionist told me that all sales associates were business and that several customers were also waiting. I asked how long a wait I might experience and she said she couldn't give me an estimate. I asked about any written brochures and she said that none were available for that model. I just walked out and it is unlikely that I will return in the future.

Nobody ever answers the phone: you have to leave a voicemail and someone calls you back 4-5 hours later. They never give loaner cars for anything: they say the procedure will take less than a hour: then they make you wait 3-4 hours for completion. The service department is a unprofessional service: that will make me never buy audi again. Any complaints to Audi corporate about this go completely ignored...
