If you want to have an easy and pleasurable vehicle purchase, ask for Ike Traylor. I live in Beaufort, SC and call around to multiple dealerships looking for the best deal. I dont care how far I have to drive, I am going where I get the best deal. I am VERY used to the usual dealership game of back and forth on a price and absolutely hate it. I called Big O Dodge and spoke with Ike, told him what I wanted and that I didnt want to play games. I was already pre-approved for a loan, knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and didn't want him to waste my time. I was totally expecting the usual round about saleman pitch and never got that from him!!! HE WAS AMAZING! Immediately got me the information I needed and on top of that I didnt even have to haggle with him on the price! I had done tons of research, had the USAA pricing and knew what I wanted to pay. He beat that price AND still had to deal with me changing my mind on the type of truck that I wanted. I had him build me 3 different trucks and give me prices on all of them, his responses were immediate and even called back when he stated he would. He even offered information to me on bulding the truck and getting more bang for my buck out of the options offered. After we ordered the truck, if I have a question, he emails or calls me back within 5 minutes! I cant portray enough that this was an awesome experience and I will definately be buying all my vehicles from him in the future. I have purchased 14 vehicles in 12 years, so I have been through this a few times and only wish that it was this easy every time. Thank you Ike!!!!!!!

Just would like to say that Ike from Big O Dodge was awesome. He was very helpful in the buying of my new 2013 Ram 2500. i came from out of state to this dealer to buy my truck because they had the best inventory around. I arrived early at the dealership before my scheduled pick of the new vehicle. Ike came in on his day off late in the afternoon so that i could drive off with the truck that day. i very much appreciated his accommodations. very pleased and would recommend buying from Big O Dodge

I went to big o dodge to buy a ram 1500 and that's what I did. Thank you to mark Fisk, great job with getting me everything I wanted. This is also my 5th new vehicle from here and I'm confused on some of the negative reviews because I have never encountered a issue here. But I guess people are ungrateful no matter what you do. Looking forward to buy my wife's car at the end of the year.

The other day I went shopping for a jeep grand Cherokee, had went from dealer to dealer. I came to big o first and ended up back there after about a week of shopping. I had spoken with Daniel Crawford and Brian Blymiller. Not only did they embarrass the competition with product knowledge but they also treated me with respect and blew everyone else's price away! If your looking for the best price, a clean facility, intelligent people to talk to, and a family that actually cares about the community, then I'd go right to Big O Dodge and talk to these people because they are night and day OVER the competition! What I also enjoyed is when I was walking through the dealership all of the employees always said hello with a smile unlike the other dealers I had went to! Like I said before there is no competition when it comes to buying a car.

I have bought my last two vehicles from Big O Dodge but on my most recent visit to purchase another new vehicle I was not satisfied with the way I was talked to and treated. I have also bought many parts through out the life of my past vehicle and on the same parts just about every time I would service my vehicle I would get different pricing , it seemed to depend on the mood that the parts person was in that day. This past Saturday I visited Lake Keowee Dodge and purchased a new vehicle and It was a very pleasant experience much like Big O Dodge used to be. I'm not sure what has changed at Big O Dodge but Lake Keowee Dodge has got it right. I currently run a business in Greenville and I dislike negative comments and attitudes as much as anybody, but without constructive feedback most situations never improve. This is comment intended to be constructive. It's inconvenient for me to drive to Clemson to find a good dealer but in this situation I feel it was warranted.
