Never again will I take my vehicle to this dealer for a repair. The service advisor was rude to me from the moment I pulled in. I left messages for management to return my call and they never did. I have a following of over 35k on Instagram and Facebook and will be sure to let everyone know to not go to this dealership. One family member has already purchased a vehicle from a competitor because of my experience. So please beware!!!!

Dodge journey
First time ever buying a brand new car!! I couldn't be more pleased with the salesman Hunter Smith!! He worked fast and good deal on my 2018 dodge journey!! Go see Hunter if you want a great salesman

Misleading internet pricing.
They quote one price on the internet then once you arrive at the dealership the tell you that all discounts do not apply you. Then they tell you that some of the upgrades were not added and they raise the internet price by a few thousand dollars. False advertising at its best. Then they get upset when you challenge them for a lower price.

Went to buy a car. Signed papers. Thought it was mine. Then a week later they asked for tax returns. I didn’t have any so I had to return the car. xxxxxxxx!!!!!!!!!! xxxx them they are no good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there. I warned you!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t let someone take the car off the lot until the deal is DONE 100% Mabye they will learn... NOT!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CROOKS!!!!! BIG TIME!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I will never use this dealership again!
This is the worst Jeep dealership. I have tried on multiple occasions to schedule a service apt. for a recall and they are 3-4 weeks out. I will never use them again. It has been the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with.

Very disappointed
A coworker of mine had told me what a great experience she had at Big O dodge and this was the only reason I went there, she told me they were very kind and patient and incredibly helpful to her when purchasing her vehicle a few years back. To me, having only purchased one other vehicle in my life, this was something that was important to me. My experience at the sales office was actually a decent experience, I felt as if my sales rep Andy was trying to help me as best he could. It was late in the day and he said he needed to check on a few things regarding a new Jeep Cherokee and would contact me tomorrow with final details, I clarified that he would be the one contacting me and he confirmed. I received a call the next day but only from a lady asking how my experience had gone, this was late in the afternoon, and when I asked for Andy they said it was his day off but he was in the office but in the restroom at the time. I asked to leave a message and the receptionist Jenna said she'd have him call me right back. I never received a call. I later emailed him saying I didn?t realize it was his day off and that I looked forward to hearing from him the next day. The next day rolls around and still haven't heard from anyone via email or phone call. I call back around noon and ask Jenna once again to speak with Andy and she puts me on hold 5 times without asking, and transfers me to the wrong voicemail twice. This time Andy was actually in the office but unreachable. I had to call back a third time and ask her to personally ensure he get my message. At this point I just wanted to know if I need to move forward with a different dealer, I understand not everyone is able to make a deal for every single customer but to blatantly ignore them isn?t right. I had also in the meantime sent another email, and left a message on the cell phone number on the business card he had given me. I never once heard back from anyone. To be honest with you, I don?t even know how to rate this ?customer service ? because there simply wasn?t any. I was abandoned and totally mislead and after telling the person who had referred me to Big O Dodge,they were extremely embarrassed and disappointed. I hope no other customer has to ever feel this way when trying to purchase a vehicle.

PRESSURE SALES....REALLY!
Good morning! First let me say that it is sad that I have to provide the review that I am about to write. I have been a customer of Big O Dodge since Mike Odom was leading the dealership. Through the years have purchased vehicles and sent customers to their dealership. However, no more! Over the past eight months I had made several attempts to do business with the Big O. My needs changed during that time so that is the reason for the number of attempts. During that eight month period I had a sales person at Big O (that is no longer there) tell me I was wasting his time and confronted me with an attitude. Needless to say I left that time which was in March of 2017 but I went back later. On November 17, I made two different trips to the dealership on that day to discuss the purchase of a new Ram truck. Looked at two trucks. Spoke to Nate who is a nice guy. Even got to meet Kyle Odom. The salesman I was assigned was a nice guy to his name is Mason. I thought wow, maybe this time we can do business again. My wife and I discussed the option of the two trucks and decided on a Black Ram. The white Ram would need to have step bars and a bed liner removed due to the additional $1000.00 the dealership was adding for 450.00 worth of stuff which was written on the deal sheet and an add on sticker on the window. The black one had the steps and the bed liner without additional amounts listed anywhere on the truck or the deal sheet. Then while we were working the numbers of course Eric the Sales Manager comes in to PUSH the deal! He explains on how the dealership is losing money and how I should take the deal that night. Well, I advise him that I would like to speak with my wife, who was there with me, about the deal and I would call him first thing in the morning with our decision. THEN, it happens! Eric becomes upset and states that " I have spent a lot of time working on this and your not going to take it right now? I can't believe this." This of course was stated in a somewhat confrontational way. PUSHING HARD! Again, I explained that I wanted to go home since it was almost 7:30 at night and that I would call him in the morning. He got so angry he gets up and leaves the office. I explain to the new sales person that they assigned to me Hunter, who was also a nice guy, that my wife and were leaving. So, after a short discussion on the way home, I called Eric via cell, that even after the issues that we were going to take the truck. So, he says I appreciate your call and will have it ready for pickup November 18, and he apologizes for his actions stating " I am sorry for all of the friction I just wanted to get the deal done!" I go in, sign the papers that were prepared for me by Thomas the finance guy who seems to be a straight up guy. He helped me with the financing choices, which were two, and we finished the deal. Thomas contacted me on Tuesday and advised that he had made the appt. with the service department to get an issue fixed and to remove the steps and bed liner form the truck that was never part of the deal for the truck I purchased. So, I called Thomas and we talked the issue over and I decided not to pay the additional 1000.00 that they were trying to add and they took the truck back and cancelled the deal. When I took the truck to the dealership and provided the keys Thomas was very nice and said sorry for the issue but" they were already losing money and had to stop the bleeding." I then left Thomas' office to wait on a ride and while waiting Eric, the Sales manager, comes outside and begins to again question why i would not pay the 1000.00 and take the truck. "I was giving you the best deal ever!" "We are losing money!" "You know the steps and the bed liner were not in the deal." This continued for a 10 minutes exchange which I requested to Eric 4 times to leave me alone and accept the deal was cancelled. I finally told Eric to LEAVE ME ALONE and that I was going to leave a review online! Then he finally went back in.

Eric has worked here since 2009 I have never once had a conversation with a customer who had a problem with him about his attitude or his professionalism, however I have had more than one conversation with our employees about you, your attitude towards them, and the manner in which you spoke to them. Eric has earned his way to be Sales Manager for us due to his work ethic, great attitude, and his commitment to our dealership and our customers! We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and regret it didn't work out. We can agree to disagree and all move on, while chalking this up to a misunderstanding, although you signed papers with all of the numbers laid out in plain view and a written statement that our deal was contingent upon taking the liner and steps off of the truck...especially since you stated you could buy those items for much less. My father was a man of integrity, and I believe myself to be one as well which is why I gave you my contact info along with my cell phone number. We don't want to run a shady business or an unfair business and that is why we unwound this deal and the contract that was signed. Thanks again for the opportunity. Third Purchase from Big O
Hunter Smith was our sales rep and he was certainly a solid choice. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. This was our third purchase from Big O and the reason we come back is because of the vehicles they represent and sell, quality of the service center and people like Hunter. It was a pleasure doing business - even the negotiations were enjoyable or maybe I was too easy.....just kidding. I like to think we both achieved what we were after. When the time comes for another purchase we will definitely return.
