I brought my "new" used CR-V in for brakes.

I brought my "new" used CR-V in for brakes. Service did a great job, however some communication as to approximtely how long or an offer of a courtesy car would have been very helpful. I had my 3 yr old grandson with me and we were there for almost 6 hours. Needless to say he was very hungry, so again a courtesy car would have been appreciated and would have made the visit a 5 Star. The video game in the waiting room is broken. If it can be fixed, it should just be removed or replaced. It leaves a bad impression. Thanks for having chilled water available.

Always great service and friendly atmosphere at AutoNation Sanford. Juan was most helpful and kept me informed of the progress and recommended very worthwhile additions to the service order. This is definitely our "Home Dealership"

Service review

It was faster than I was quoted and a little less expensive than I was quoted. The wait area has changed. It looked a little shabby. Used the restroom and it wasn't clean as what I was used to in the past. Other than that, the service was very good.

Roadside assistance

The service at the dealer was good, however the phone service needs a lot of improvement. My car would not start and because I have roadside assistance I call Honda. It took numerous tries before I able to speak to someone. It took over an hour for the tow service to get to us, he jumped started the car and we were able to go to the dealer to get a new battery. But again the phone service needs a lot of help. I'm second thoughts about re-leasing with them because of this.

Honda Service

The Service Dept is great. The Service manager was excellent, very responsive, knowledgeable and informative. My repair was urgent and unexpected and he took care of what was neefed immediately.
