Just the worst, bought a 1970 Nova from them. The process was horrible..."we wanna offer you underbody protection for a discount, otherwise the the real price of the car is 2k more..." SERIOUSLY? Money was never an issue and I specifically was looking for this car, so that's why I bought it but I essentially had to negotiate the price down to the original offer. Amazing that this clown show is hurting so bad. If you are on a budget, skip this place all together. If you like the circus and have no issues in the bank account...go for the day and have a horrible time.

Not sure how to start. He always gets passed the lemon laws by any means necessary. From foulers for catalytic converters to ripping off your warranty company or you personally. Avoid this buisness at all costs.

They were rude and bad at selling, which is why they have cars sitting for over a year. Would definitely not recommend to anyone and completely avoid this dealer

I've just purchased my second vehicle from Jimmy and look forward to doing business with him in the future. There has been no reason for me to go anywhere else.

I bought a used car from Jimmy's in October that I found through cars.com. I noticed a problem right after my 1000 mile warantee was up. Jimmy looked at my car and agreed to fix the problem for free to stand by his product. I am very happy with the service here.

I found a car I liked through Cars.com at this dealership and was ready to buy it. But, they were so slow in answering basic questions via email, I moved on (btw, I have the email threads to prove how slow and unresponsive they were). It was almost as though they weren't recognizing leads generated by Cars.com as legitimate and serious.

About two years ago I purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger STX at Jimmy's Auto Outlet. The car has been absolutely a real pleasure to drive. Their mechanics at Jimmy's are top notch and do quality and professional work, I have had them flush, drain and install new synthetic transmission fluid, do an engine tune up, and repaired a connection to one of the seat heaters on my car. They did a superb job and they completely stand behind all of their work at Jimmy's. Jimmy hand picks all of his cars and as a racing car driver and mechanic, he really knows his trade! Their body shop does beautiful work and color matching as well. I have been very pleased with Jimmy's and will certainly continue to purchase my used cars there. I do not purchase new cars, only certified used ones, and I take really good care of them. Jimmy has a great selection of certified used cars that are in mint condition. I highly recommend going to Jimmy's for your next used car, you will be very pleased with your experience there! Jay Merkle

My fmily and I ( including ur son and daughter ) have been doing business with Jimmy's for abt 20 years,,,,,we all bought more that 3 or 4 cars each plus 3 trucks through his wonderful business,...His Cars are 100% on the money when it comes to everything he promises it to be....Clean, and completely ready for you to drive off the lot without anything to worry about,,,, I have given his name to most of my friends who have also loved his business,,.. AND, when it comes to repairs,,which by the way are few and far between except for your normal wear and tear and oil changes...Jimmy and his most educated crew take care of us with no worries of being told something that wasn't true....Jimmy himself has become part of MY family ...that is how he has treated us over the years ...and He will treat any of his customers that way...Jimmy is a no nonsense business man who only believes in making his customers happy....ASK ME ILL TELL YOU! He is the most generous hard working man along with his amazing crew that we have ever known and trust me in our early years we went through a lot of fly by night mechanics until we happened to stop at his shop in the 90s....We have been devoted customers to him for all this time and If you try him you will be too..... The work he turns out is better than it was coming off the line because he cares and wants your trust.....We ( my whole family) will Never trust anyone the way we trust him.... this is not just me talking about a friend which he is now BUT this is me telling you that you will NEVER fine a better place to buy or service a new or used car.... Ive bought many cars in my life and never has one experience been the same as buying from Fred at Jimmy's Auto Outlet. He was no pressure, no non sense, and you could tell he knew what he was talking about even though he looked younger. I bought a Honda, and he went over the car with me and i couldnt be happier. Ive never met a more honest Sales person, i will certainly buy from Fred again.

Their salesperson Anthony is RUDE RUDE RUDE. Stay far away from this dealership.
