DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!! Wish I could give less than 1 star. The service straight lied to my face. I leased a vehicle, turned it in and purchased another vehicle the same day. I was told every fee and dollar owed on the lease was fully taken care of and everything was combined into the purchase of my new CPO car. I did not go over every single line item and that is my fault but when you are told up and down it is taken care of it should be. 4 years later I had an irruption on my Mortgage Refi for an 4yr old outstanding amount due on that leased vehicle. Called West Chester, was told by Mark he would investigate on Friday July 10th. he promised he would be back in touch Monday July 13th. After not hearing anything for a week I called several times July 21st-23rd and was rudely passed around trying to locate Mark. Finally received a call Thursday July 23rd, 10 days after I was told he would call. He said there was nothing in the paper work and tough luck. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP! Thank you Infiniti of West Chester for ruining my credit and my mortgage refinance in the middle with your lies.

Very prompt with communication, which I haven’t had with other service departments. Fast, friendly and efficient service. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this location.

Unscheduled service
Needed an oil change and filter at the last minute. Called at 1pm and took me at 2 pm and out by 3:15 pm. Great experience and nice people.

Likely the most awful sales experience I've had
As a person who enjoys cars, and purchases/leases a fair number of vehicles annually, this is likely the worst experience I have ever had. I was denied a test drive and, in short, disrespected as a potential customer. I rarely leave reviews like this but my experience was truly that bad at Infiniti of West Chester.

great team
went to purchase a infiniti qx60 in black on black, but when I got there they had a blue on black one and it was exactly what I was looking for in the first place. Jake in sales was a big help and knows a lot about the cars. Shauna in finances was a huge help as well.

Poor service
Was bounced around between two service advisors and manager. Showed up to pick up my vehicle and the work wasn’t even done after they called and told me it was done, On two different occasions. Car went in for a key fob to be made and mysteriously ended up needing a new ignition then. I was quoted one price and charged a different amount.

Horrible customer service
They do not stand behind there “bumper to bumper warranty!!! Buyer be aware !! I bought my infinity 2 yrs ago & the drivers side bumper is hanging off b/c a small plastic piece broke from inside.. they refuse to fix this .. I have pictures, they took pictures jerked me around & I still have my bumper hanging off .. horrible customer service!!’ Do not buy from them !

Feeling scammed
Purchased a car with a trade-in numbers changed a million times and I can only blame myself not paying attention. Basically got scammed. It was like a street card game. My trade made absolutely no difference. They saw me coming through the door. Tried to redo the deal, that was a joke.

helpful, seamless buying process
We came to purchase a used car. The vehicle was CLEAN and totally as advertised. Our salesman, Burton, was ultra friendly and made us feel at home. Paul did such a great job - financing was a snap. Neither my wife nor I have had a better time buying a car. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a quality vehicle.
