Don’t rely on verbal contract
Per sales rep there were simply 3 things he could not remove from truck pricing that the dealer adds to every car the door protectors wheel locks and there theft device. Left the dealer at midnight with a new truck went back the next because a key was not working , tank was not filled and I did not receive key to wheel lock. After goin the next day same sales rep fills up only half a thank and tell me I have to come in a third time to have key fixed and wheel lock given since service dept was closed. Going back third time battery was replaced on key still disfunctional and sales rep mentioned key lock was not in agreement no more son he wouldn’t provide that. But we have been talking about for two prior visits and in his initial conversation he mention Honda does this to every car that comes in non removable

Yesterday I tried for 2 hrs to get information on a 2021...
Yesterday I tried for 2 hrs to get information on a 2021 Honda Accord and the internet salesman Hayden, who by the way was recommended by the general manager David Nehrir who forwarded my email to Hayden, actually thought I was going to pay $10,000 in fees for tax, registration, interest on a 1.9 loan and other mystery fees. Hayden wanted me to pay $628 a month for 60 months on a loan that should haven been $535 a month for 60 months. When I told him to explain these outrageous fees he stood quiet and never responded to my text. Four years ago I bought a new 2017 Accord from this dealership at a great price, but this time they obviously wanted to take advantage of me. Stay away from Long Beach Honda unless you want to get ripped off. Shame on the general manager for hiring someone like Hayden who’s only there to rip off people into high loans with bogus fees.
