Excellent service on my visit to hendrick toyota.

Excellent service on my visit to hendrick toyota. Jose Morales was my rep and he took care of my service very fast I didn't even finish my coffee. Great performance.

My service took a bit longer than last time.

My service took a bit longer than last time. But I was told if a new system in place so it's understandable. Even then the speed and communication was blazing. Jose Morales helped explain everything and the process was very hassle green as usual.

Despite a new system I was told was being established, Jose Morales got my service done quickly. Nothing but urgency from the entire service team. You can tell they prioritize the customer experience.

I had a great experience during my visit, Donte Barr was

I had a great experience during my visit, Donte Barr was above and beyond awesome, very polite, attentive and professional, he took care of my inquiries and cleared all my doubts and nervousness about making the decison for my transition purchase and made it really easy and comforting since I was unsure about taking on a new commitment. Also David Resek was great with everything and in taking the necessary time explaining all the financial parts of the deal very patiently, I really felt comfortable and at ease with the entire process. Everybody here seem great, very polite and quality professionals, so if you come to Hendrick Toyota at North Charleston I am pretty sure the entire staff will do great, but Donte and David really made a difference to my experience.

Buckley in Hendricks Toyota service department handled

Buckley in Hendricks Toyota service department handled the entire transaction seamlessly for tires for my Rav 4. We also had the oil chand and regular maintenance. Buckley kept us up to date on progress while we enjoyed a delucioys latte.
