Courteous Staff and Quick to Meet Needs

I was greeted by Dale Mattingly when I arrived, and he was very quick to identify what I needed in a new vehicle and help me search for the right one. He and the manager were very courteous and lost no time in showing me the best deal on the lot for my budget, a newly arrived 2010 Mazda Tribute that had not yet even finished detailing. I took the car for a test drive but left the dealership to confer with my family before purchasing, and during that time Dale was very careful to follow up with me until the vehicle was sold to a more eager buyer later that same night. He has been very helpful in the process, and I am looking forward to researching more vehicles with him in the future.

Amazing

Tonya did an excellent job. She worked out all the details and more . She also help to make it easy to understand the situation and the best part she helped my son with his own car . Great job Tonya. Keion is loving his own car.

Young Age Getting Newer Model Car

Omg!! I thought I wasn't able to get a 2010 car at the age of 19 but I'm approve finacial bank work with me perfectly as low-payment I'm so thankfull

Attentive Sales

Kelly was helpful and not overly pushy about making us make our final purchase. My father and I were in there that day just to get an idea of what trucks they had in stock and to see what offers we could get. On that very first visit we test drove the truck, negotiated optional equipment, got the family plan, and walked out with a purchased Tundra. Kelly did run off to do a few other jobs here and there, but overall she was there when she was needed to answer the small questions.

An Exceptionally Satisfied Customer

Upon arrival at Fred Anderson Toyota I was very favorably impressed. I was greeted warmly, given coffee, and introduced to salesman Mark Searcy, who could not have been more friendly or more helpful. After some discussion and a test drive, I leased a 2015 Prius C, a beautiful little automobile. Both Mark Searcy and the finance representative, who may have been Bill Utnick, deserve three gold stars for customer service. I drove off the lot as one exceptionally satisfied customer.
