In and out, great car, great experience

Excellent service and top notch staff, from entry to exit!

The staff here at Fred Anderson Toyota are incredible. They were friendly, authentic, caring and thoughtful (traits I value as a customer). From my first steps inside to leaving the dealership, they treated me like family. When I called, Heather answered the phone with a friendly, unique greeting. She even sang! It was a warm welcome. When I arrived for my appointment, Michael Manning greeted me and made sure to get me to the right person. Eric Peterson gave us a tour of vehicles and accompanied me on the test drive. He listened to my needs and worked with me to get the best car for me. Carey Wright made sure I didn't need anything while I waited. Ryan Spence made sure to get me the best financing deal and all with a great attitude. Thanks for the great experience and I left with an awesome car!

Great experience at this dealership

I was met by a very nice young man Matt Warlock, told him what we were looking for, he was there every set of the way, we text drive a 2017 Camary but it was considered used so he stirred us towards a brand new one...was not liking colors , him and I were outside talking and I asked him if he had a Red one on lot. I have always wanted a red car, and Matt showed me a beautiful Red Camary, told him that was my car...we made the deal and I have been very pleased on how Matt has followed up with us. The finance manager Alesia was so very very helpful in expediating our paper work..Very pleasant lady, Would highly recommend both of these employees if you are looking for a great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota We are really enjoying our new car...

Courteous.

Both Eddie and Aleisa were courteous and answered my questions. Mr. Cook took his time to show me how to use the features in my new Toyota Corolla. And Ms. Durr made me feel she that my best interest where her top priority.

Car Purchase

Matt Lawrence worked with me for several weeks, before I made a final decision & purchased a Brand New CHR. I was indecisive and also wanted the BEST deal, which he did secure. I told myself that I had until Easter to make up my mind; so I did! I was working with several other dealerships, but I wasn't impressed with their personnel; so Matt won me over as a Customer. I am very happy with my purchase, especially the leather interior installed by Bendt. I will recommend Matt & Fred Anderson Toyota.
