Recently bought a car through Penske Honda. We initially test drove with Rico. He was friendly, patient and informative with no pressure to buy. When we were ready, Rico recommended us to work with Frank Picos to finalize the car dealings since he was out for the rest of the day. We test drove the actual car we were going home with and Frank was very helpful as well. I worked with Edgar, the sales manager for a quote before coming in to finalize the purchase and they honored everything we discussed. Everyone was pleasant to work with and we walked away happy with our purchase.

Recently bought a car through Penske Honda. We initially test drove with Rico. He was friendly, patient and informative with no pressure to buy. Antonio M is an all star service manager! I come to Penske Honda for all of my service needs- so when I recently traded in my old vehicle for a newer Honda those service records on the Carfax were gold for proving consistent reliable maintenance to get top $ on the trade- and I did! I just came in to do my first oil change since trading. Antonio noticed I traded from my records (I literally traded a ridgeline black edition for a ridgeline black edition so people usually don’t notice I traded). His team did a thorough inspection for leaks and and even sent me a video of the undercarriage and parts I can’t see without me even asking, which is so awesome to have as a baseline/ for future reference as I wear and tear on the vehicle over time. Thanks Honda.

If I can I would give dealer a minus/negative rating. This dealer is lying to you. I negotiated a price on a CR V Hybrid Sport L through texts over several days. We came to an agreement to an Out of The Door price. I was not able to go to the dealer 3 days later due to I live in Huntington Beach and was on a business trip. I set an appointment with them to come and buy the car. They agreed to it. When I came to the dealer to buy the car, they said the car is no longer available and direct me to a more expensive vehicle. Of course I did not buy from them. I just want to point out this blatant Bait and Switch practice which is illegal in California. Becareful of this dealer unscrupulous and illegal practice!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

My team texted you at 5:28 pm, which was 1 hour before your 6:30 pm appointment. Unfortunately, this does happen, and it is unfortunate but definitely not “bait and switch”, as you stated. My team was considerate of your time, and thus the reason why we texted you ahead of time, letting you know the situation with the vehicle of interest. I had a terrible experience at this Honda dealership. They posted a fake listing advertising a 0% APR special, which turned out to be nothing more than a scam. When I arrived, they told me that the 0% APR offer was only available if I agreed to their inflated dealership price. They magically raised the price of a basic Honda Accord from $34,000 to $47,000! I informed them that this isn't how it works—0% APR should be based on your credit score, and the financing process should be separate from the car's price. It's clear that this dealership is just a bunch of scammers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—not even to my worst enemy! Avoid this dealership at all costs.And to whoever manages this, I hope you don’t respond with the same generic reply you give to everyone. If you believe in transparency, you should address this professionally and publicly in front of all reviews. It's your job to reach out to your customers—not the other way around.

This dealership has discriminated me as I am white and have excellent credit with 110 years behind me. My NY attorneys will be in touch........Very insulted for a week now. Store cameras will validate. Give john Hamn the store manager my regards. He will be names in my Honda law suit .............
