I always feel that my business is valued when I walk into the finance director’s office. Victor exhibits extreme professionalism and is definitely an asset to the company. He’s very knowledgeable and explains the importance of purchasing a warranty by giving examples in a manner I can understand. My salesperson, Claudia, has a personable and friendly attitude in the workplace.

Mercedes Benz of Orlando literally has the most efficient
Mercedes Benz of Orlando literally has the most efficient & luxurious experience you can have at a dealership. I personally worked with Jason C. From start to finish there was consistent communication, I live Almost 4 hrs away but it was well worth the trip. Jason handled all my documents prior to me arriving making the pick up process VERY QUICK. There was no hidden fees or gimmicks. The exact price Jason explained is the exact of what I paid. My vehicle looked exactly as it was on the add. From the parking lot I stepped in with my family, we were offered refreshments, which was actually an entire kitchen without the stove. I stepped into finance the lady there was so exceptional and polite and assisted with the Gap Payment information. (highly suggest getting it) There was a bow on my new red Benz and I will return in the future for new purchases ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Came in with AC not cooling.
Came in with AC not cooling. After three days in the service they could not find where the freon was leaking from in my car. Did however find another issue with leaking engine head gasket. Did a good job cleaning up that but charged a very high labor rate for the repair.

Imagine the horrifying experience when a mouse sneaks out
Imagine the horrifying experience when a mouse sneaks out of the hood the very day a preowned late model Volvo SUV was acquired, supposedly after full all point inspection from this reputable dealership. Opening the hood only to realize the whole engine cover missing. This was sold as 1 owner vehicle with full extended warranty. It only has 60k miles on it. Supposedly it was traded in for a GLE300. Further, the vehicle was held up for 4 days for detail cleaning after the sale which was no more than bad car wash. Failed to get managements attention / response with repeated attempts through the sales person Edison. Per Edison, as long as the car starts and run as a used vehicle all is good, missing engine cover is not their responsibility. This was the worst learning experience for me. It was my mistake. given the blind trust vested in a reputable Mercedes dealership, I didn't bother popping the hood open. Will never make that mistake again. I have previously acquired preowned and new Mercedes vechiles from other dealership and have no regrets. I do not plan to ever do business with this dealership ever again and wish to beware potential buyers.

Don’t buy used/cheaper cars here as they will charge you at least $1000 for their “service” which ends the moment you provide answers to their questions. Once you left the site - you will be ignored by dealers most of the times.

Was asked where I wanted to be as far as payment.
Was asked where I wanted to be as far as payment. They initially quoted me a rate of 9.9% and a payment within $9 of my desired range after I signed the credit authorization. After waiting for an hr., I was brought to finance where that payment had jumped $75, but included a 150,000 mile warranty. By the time it was all over, my payment was $123 more than original quote with no warranty. They also told me that they warranty the vehicle for 90 days or 4000 miles regardless. When I left I noticed horrible wind noise from driver's side window and window wouldn't roll completely up. I was told to take it to the dealer since it was still under manufacturer warranty. However, I had to wait for an appointment. There is also a recall on the vehicle which wasn't verbalized. They harassed me for information they wanted such as insurance and proof of income, but didn't care about my concern after they got my money.
