Joe treated us like family from start to finish.

Joe treated us like family from start to finish. Kia worked around my family dynamics (we have a baby and a toddler) with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to help us keep our kids happy during the paperwork experience since that takes time. I would 100% recommend working with Joe in sales and the owner at this facility. (They were open to talking/negotiating a bit)

Over the last 2 years I’ve had 2 interactions with Kia of

Over the last 2 years I’ve had 2 interactions with Kia of Des Moines and both were less than impressive. The multiple salespeople that I had communication with were rude and seemed inconvenienced by questions. If you are interested in a Kia, you are better off driving to another dealership.

Amazing car buying experience.

Amazing car buying experience. This is the third car that I've bought from Kia of Des Moines and all three sold of me by a gentleman of the name of Matt Ayala. His customer service is beyond measure.

I longed for a black on black newer model and recently

I longed for a black on black newer model and recently got my wish. Sales associate, Bob answered all of my questions, addressed all of my concerns, and even delivered my car to me on his own time so that I wouldn’t have to leave my mom alone. Needless to say, I named my car B.o.b for its black exterior and interior color and style and for the awesome service I received from Bob. Thanks Kia of Dsm and thanks Bob! Hugs and hearts to you!

Great service experience!

Took my Kia Optima to Kia of Des Moines for an anti-theft software update. A very good experience as I was in and out in under an hour. They did a great job and the service tech was very efficient and friendly.
