I recommend this dealership, my comercial van for work broke down and same day I got it replaced in no time. It took less time to get all paperwork, transfer insurance and plates than drive here from upper west side!!!

Visited the location, check out the vehicles and was interested. First sign of bad business practices, when I made inquiries as to the listed sticker price ai was advised that the price didn't include the an additional 2k needed for the down payment for the finance. A few days later, after informing the salesman that I would be paying cash. I got the exact total amount, advising that I would be able to pay via certified bank check within 24 hours. I received a call within 7 hours to say the vehicle was not available and I should make another choice.

Frustrating, be careful Going to this place , are tricky, do not go please, never go again to this place, want you money and no good card

Save yourself time and money. Do not go to this dangerous sham of a place, and avoid Dimitri specifically. We purchased a car that was being advertised as $6,000 online, but once seen in person, there was an added $3,000 to the cost. The car was, (now regretfully), purchased and TWO days later, we set out on 2.5 hour drive in it. About an hour into the drive, the car started breaking down. The engine was smoking and making noises, the car stopped accelerating, going up hills was terrifying, and I kept thinking we were going to roll backwards into oncoming traffic on a highway. We called the company back and spoke to Jimmy from the service department who told us to bring the car back. Kind of hard when you are two hours away. We ended up bringing it to a mechanic upstate who informed us that this particular car never should have passed inspection. This car had one bald tire, and the other three were not far from being bald either. We had to purchase an entire new set of tires in addition to having the problem fixed, however there are still issues with the car. The new mechanic was completely surprised that this car was being sold to consumers. This place is shady as xxxx, cheap, and worst of all: DANGEROUS. Do not go here unless you like breaking down on the side of a highway.

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 and can I say every worker there was amazing. They were nice and respectful and took good care of me and my ideas involving payment for the car. The car is very good and I love this car very much and I love the service which made me feel great and loved. Definitely recommend Hamilton Auto Auction for the great care and services you need.

My recently purchased a used Mercedes from this car dealership I cannot say enough about my positive experience From the minute I walked onto the lot and salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns After the salesman helped me pick the car I then proceeded to the finance department. Kendall the finance director got me a great rate and a great monthly payment. Kendall also was very pleasant and very efficient. So glad I decided to go to NY Auto Auction!!

Very unprofessional tricksters. Every car they have on inventory is listed online at prices much lower than what they tell you the vehicle is actually priced at when you arrive. The man I dealt with was very unprofessional and kind of a xxxxxxx to be honest. He called me days later about vehicles I had inquired about and already came there to look at. Don't deal with this "company" you'll regret it. Very shady!

Worst car dealership I have visited. They waste your time by posting their cars for cheaper than what it is, Car is filthy when you visit, and buying process is not the easiest. I was close to buying a car here, and I was almost fooled and caught the bait. However, the guy Kendal at financing made mistakes on some paperwork and took longer which made me second guess actually going through with buying. Upon reading reviews, thank god I did not. They should not be a running business.

DROVE ALL THE WAY TO SEE A CAR HERE. WE CALLED SAME DAY TO SEE IF THEY HAD IT, THEY SAID YES, COME IN AND LOOK. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR.
