Great experience

Used the service department and they were amazing. Didn’t try to over or up sell me anything. Completed the services needed in a timely manor and all were extremely professional.

In late May I purchased a 2020 Equinox for my daughter

In late May I purchased a 2020 Equinox for my daughter from JT’s Dodgeland. She was extremely excited as it was her first vehicle. Aaron the salesman was personal and nice. The vehicle was covered with the dealer warranty and we even added on an additional warranty for $70 some extra dollars a month. I figured As a parent I was doing what we needed to do to protect our minor daughter. Well less than 3 months later imagine the worry when my daughter calls frantically on her way to school that her brakes are not working. We decided to take it back to Dodgeland right. We’re covered and purchased the vehicle not too long ago. Nope!! Aaron ignored my calls to the point I had to go into the dealership! Jes from service was very direct and uncaring. The price he quoted me at was ridiculously high. Then he could not warranty his work but, charged a diagnostic fee of $200. We ended up not even using them to fix the vehicle but had to wait an additional hour due to them misplacing the keys. I’m fully disappointed and disgusted with this dealership. My family has been going to them for over 8 years. Not once did they apologize or try to work with me. The least they could of done was to tow the car or cover the diagnostic. They’ve officially lost an entire family of customers. All do to poor customer service!!

JT Dodge on Greystone Columbia South Carolina is one of the most professional dealership I’ve ever attended. I can’t explain how great the employees are. Customer service service advisors make you feel like you are family.They are a very straight up and forward dealership. There’s one service advisor that I can call day or night and tell him that I am on the way and when I get there it’s always a smile and always we will take care of it. Looking out for the customer.

Car was towed to Dodgeland. Explained problem .They had to order the part but it got done. Some other problem came up, they advised me to go to Toyota dealership. Where I could be better help. Thank for not doing unnecessary work and sending to me to qualified experts.

I purchase my vehicle from jts autoland but came to

I purchase my vehicle from jts autoland but came to DodgeLand for the financing part of it ( they accommodated me). My sales person drove my vehicle over to greystone and stayed with me until we finished up the paperwork. Great team work from both locations. I would highly recommend!

They do good work and are friendly

My wife called and said her check engine light came on. I went to and got certified with the automotive of excellent in the 70’s I hated working on cars (so I’m flew in helicopters for over 20 years instead treading patients) I can do a lot just don’t want to. I scan my wife’s truck and the code pointed to the TCM in the transmission. I took it to the dealer and the said that was the problem. They fixed it for Around $1,500. That was ok and my wife got her truck back and it works great,.
