I purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot from M and S Auto 2 weeks ago, the already good price was negotiated to my liking without a lot of back and forth.... 4 days ago the charging failure indicator came on, when I called to advise, I was told to bring it in. Alternator and battery was changed at no cost to me... Top notch used car dealership... made me comfortable before, during and after the purchase

This was a great experience we were able to buy a truck and get the right deal. They were very friendly and worked to get the fianicing we needed with having two car loans they made it happen even with ok credit. Go see them!!

I did not end up buying a car here but I did contact them and schedule a test drive. They are not local so I was going to make the drive to see one of their trucks. They were prompt and helpful in returning my call and scheduling an appointment. When a truck showed up closer to home I cancelled the test drive and they were not pushy and very kind about me cancelling. The entire experience was very low pressure and no hassle

My credit score is so bad and they still helped me to get a good deal with less intrest that I could get ever and very very nice Toyota Camry 2011

I bought a jeep for myself from them a year ago going into the experience very nervous due to bad credit but the made me feel comfortable with no pressure. I bought the jeep with no isses. Again the the other day went to them for a car for my son. I had a limited budget and they needed to stay in that range. Again they had the vehicle i was looking for. I told my son to never pick the first car/lot you go to. So we left to look at another vehicle at another lot. It was so dirty with garbage piles everywhere. We asked to test drive a car and we were told yes if were want to buy it we can test drive it. Then she could not find the keys to it. Then proceeded to tell me that the cars check engine light is on so we knew. I said nevermind and she told us to have a nice day. She didn't even offer other vehicles. Very unprofessional. It was like black and white between M and S Auto and the other lot. M and S Auto made us feel comfortable and fixed the cosmetic problem we requested and even gave my son a full tank of gas for this new car. We will be in the market again soon and I see no rason to look at other lots for our next purchase! Thank you so much Gus an the rest of the Staff at M and S Auto for your service

Even though I did not buy a vehicle my experience with the staff was pleasant. The vehicle was clean, the sales person attentive and the manager agreeable. The vehicle price was acceptable, but the milage was a factor. In any event, the dealership was acceptable and if in the future I need another vehicle, I will check out their offerings.

My experience at M&S was great. The environment was so friendly and helpful. I'm a happy customer.

Purchased a 2009 Toyota Sienna for a great price. Unfortunately we left immediately on a road trip and the car had some mechanical issues. Fortunately even though it was sold as is, M&S Auto Group stood behind the quality of their cars and took care of repairs so that we had a car that will last for the long term. I appreciate them providing quality customer service through a frustrating situation and turned around it around to creating a potential long term customer.

Found the car I wanted with cars.com and went in for a test drive. Dominic was amazing and never tried to push anything on me. I would tell everyone to go through them.
