Scott’s will Toyota of Sumter SC.,now Jim Hudson Toyota service my rav4 for five ending in 2025,I physically check my brake pads after they told me I needed pads I fine that all my wheels lugs are cross thread and needs replaced. I called them numerous times, but service department manager was never in and I received one phone call from his assistant to get more information telling me the manager would be getting in touch with me,but never did,this is bad service and if anyone has there tires rotated or replaced, you need to have your vehicle wheels lugs checked I don’t believe I’m the only one. You won’t know until you have a flat tire and have to change your tire,you will not be able to take the lugs off because they are cross threaded.The Manager Never In.

Toyota took good care of my 4runner this morning and answered all my questions. I ask notice great customer service was excellent!!

Went to look at a car on Tuesday salesman told me car was sold got home went online made a appointment to see the car got email back that they still have the car so I went the next day they couldn’t find the keys I would have brought the car the same day took my family with me for nothing wasted my time and family time I would never buy a car from them they like to hold cars for there friends then don’t put them online P.s ooh I brought a car that day but from the Honda dealer better customer service

Since my relocation to South Carolina, I have had my Toyota Corolla serviced at Scott Will’s Toyota. I have never had a bad experience with their service department personnel. In addition, their sales department personnel are very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of Toyota vehicles.

Very knowledge rep on the the Rav4 new car very patient and a professional . He tried to work with us what we wanted but credit score was low .
