My wife and I met with the salesman at the dealership on
My wife and I met with the salesman at the dealership on a Saturday 1/25/25. Even though the truck was listed on Cars.com as well as the dealer website, it was not ready for sale. It was still in their shop being serviced & inspected. This we were unable to take a good look at the truck. The salesman did offer us first right of refusal once it was fully serviced. We also crunched the numbers, on the truck I was trading in so we new the price after trade. The salesman called us and set up an appointment on Tuesday, 1/28/2025 to come inspect the truck and make sure it was what we wanted to buy. When we arrived at the dealership on Tuesday, they had the truck cleaned up and we were able to give it a full inspection. The dealership had done a great job servicing the truck to include brand new, Goodyear Wrangler tires all around. They had also replaced all the brake pads, the serpentine belt, along with a full service. What we did notice that the running boards that were in all the photos posted as well as we saw them on the truck on the previous Saturday, had been removed. When we questioned this the salesman said that the truck did not have running boards and denied it ever having them. I physically climbed under the truck and took photos to show him where they were previously bolted onto the frame. I also had photos from the ads showing the running boards. The salesman finally contacted the service department and they informed him that it indeed had running boards, but upon inspection, they found one was bent, and they had ordered a replacement set. The salesman should have taken my word on this, however he kept denying the running boards being there. The next obstacle we had to come to terms on, was the fact that they only had one key/fob for the truck. After much back and forth with the salesman, and him checking withe the used car manager, they finally agreed to get us another key made for the vehicle. It went as far as me telling the salesman that, I would back out of the deal if there were not two key/fobs. It should never have gone as far as I had to take it by threatening to back out of the deal over a key fob. The salesman kept bringing up the fact that he wrote down the wrong mileage off of my trade in and he was already losing money on that. He wrote down 86,000+ miles when it actually had 96,000+ miles on it. This whole argument was xx because I had already gotten trade in values from three different sources on the truck based on the correct mileage, and he offered us the absolute low end of those values. He also mentioned the fact that they were eating the cost of the new running boards, which is not my problem. The biggest problem however was when my wife would ask the salesman a question, he would either ignore her question or look at me and give me the answer. It was very stereotypical of car salesmen thinking they can pull something over on a woman that they can’t pull over on a man. My wife felt very disrespected by these actions, and I had to remind the salesman where half of the money was coming from to purchase the truck. He needed to answer her questions and stop ignoring her. We finally came to an understanding on all problems, but I as a salesman in my own business know that the customer needs to be made to feel that they at minimum are right in most cases. The finance gentleman we worked with was super. He did a great job, got us the terms we needed and also explained the extended warranty really well.

They broke a stud so I had to leave and come back.
They broke a stud so I had to leave and come back. My appointment was at 10 then I was back at 3 until 440 while they replaced the wheel stud. They xxxxed with my tire pressure and have them jacked up. I scheduled a 45K service. However no cabin filter change. No trans. Filter change. No wiper fluid or wiper blades. I felt like walking in the door xxx is this xxxx from the looks of everyone. There is a lot to be said for first impressions. Then my suspicions came to life.

The service was exceptional!
The service was exceptional! While I was worried my car wouldn?t get fixed or the repair cost, if my extended warranty didn?t cover the problem, Jon Key ensured me I didn?t need to worry. I asked Jon if it would be safe to drive my truck after explaining to him what was going on, Jon?s first priority was my safety. Jon was always professional and polite. The tow company dropped my car off at the wrong location and again, Jon, did everything he could to find my vehicle. After the tow company reported it was on the lot. Jon found my truck and called me to confirm everything. Again, The service was exceptional and everything worked out better than I expected.

My wife and I had the opportunity and privilege to work
My wife and I had the opportunity and privilege to work with Mr. Mackey Monts as our service writer as we brought our 23 Cadillac xt5 in to the service center for a complex job. Mackey not only frequently updated us on the status of our vehicle but he made it very easy for us to utilize our vehicle most expeditiously, while helping to keep all concern at bay. As a soldier and previous auto business owner I can say with all honesty that Mackey is the type of high caliber individual that any professional organization aspires to have when success is the only option. Thank you Mackey. Way to go! From Ag and Cj 🇺🇸 two very satisfied customers…🙏
