People are very friendly but the buying process is
People are very friendly but the buying process is horrendously flawed. To buy our car we spent 4hrs in the dealership and dealt with 5 different people. You would do well to streamline the process and make the buyer experience much more pleasant.

Excellent! We were referred to Kevin Yoon by a friend who bought his car, also. Kevin was eager to explain the car in detail. We were very comfortable with his attitude and explanation. We chose RX 350 and drove it out about 3 hours later. It was a good experience to buy a car in comfortable way.
