Tameron Honda Eastern Shore

The lady sales person texted me to see if I was comming Sat. morning. I confirmed and left home at 930 for it was a 2.5 hour trip. Arrived at the dealership around 11:30. I was informed that truck was not there after 20 minutes of waiting. The lady that I was communicating with didn't even have decency to face me. So 5 hours of riding and 50 dollars of gas for nothing. Thankyou Tameron.

This is our 7th new Honda and the 5th from Tameron. Our salesperson, Andrea was very helpful, positive and professional and my wife and i were very pleased. and the managers, Tommy and Dave were also very Good. Our experience with Tameron sales and service has always been very good which is why we keep coming back and will again, 10 on a 10, 5 stars.

Since purchasing our Honda CRV from Tameron in Daphne, the customer service in all areas has been a good experience. Recently, I had a check engine light come on and Roman set me an appointment right away. I arrived a little earlier but was immediately greeted by Andrew, whose professional, helpful, courteous service was so appreciated. My car was checked, and the problem was found and fixed in no time. Even though this appointment was not set ahead, I received the best in customer service in every way.

Service department is very bad. Lied to me and wiggled out of doing things right.

Dealt with some idiot named David in Sales. DAVID GALBRAITH I think. These jokers (and him specifically) are a joke. Terrible Honda dealer. Do yourself favor and look elsewhere. Illiterate management. Backwoods Deals. Mentality of old boys club. Needs training on customers service. Smoking everywhere
