The dealership runs well but the service is bad. I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change.

Great experience at Hyundai Lincolnwood. Emely and Klaudio in particular provided outstanding service. We came in on the last day of a big sale, and they were willing to stay for 2 hours after closing to make sure we were taken care of and could finish our purchase before the promotion ended. They were both incredibly knowledgable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions and guiding us through the process without any pressure. Thanks to them, we drove away 110% satisfied with our new car.

WASH YOUR HANDS & and take extra care in customers cars. Remove dirty gloves and pick up your feet so you don’t scratch the plastic getting in and out of the vehicles
