Apple Tree Honda

I leased a Honda CRV from Honda with the patient help of Gene Monroe. Though this was my first time doing this in many years, I understood the entire process thanks to Gene and the friendly folks in the Finance Dept. I am very pleased!

Couple weeks ago I was checking on one of there used Pilots, the saleman I communicated with by email told me they had a pending deal on the unit I liked. Also he would followup if any change, but also the most important was he told me the previous owner had smoked in the car. I really appreciate that as it saved me a long trip to the dealership which I would have been very disappointed with the autos condition. They will remain on my search list for auto when I am searching. THanks much!

Courtney Maddox handled a nail that got into my sidewall tire driving by a construction site. The tire could not be repaired but Courtney was able to speak to the tire vendor and get a replacement for only the mounting and balancing cost since we were Honda Accord( 2014) and Acura customers( 2013).
