I sat on line for a 1/2 hour and when I finally was waited on the service representative was upset that I wanted to come back. He had already printed out the service agreement and after I noticed the price was too much for my budget. The way he treated me after that was poor at best as if I wasted his time. I was upset with my visit but decided to give them another change today so I called their service department for some expert advice. I was told the only thing they could do for me is charge me about a $100.00 for diagnosis. So much for any help without charging me money. I will never use them again or would advise using anyone but them. I called another Honda dealership and the service representative answered my questions and helped me within 15 minutes. That other dealership has my business from this moment on. So get your wallet out if you have any questions for Apple Tree Honda it will cost you.
