Great experience!

Great experience! Gabe Rathbone is efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy. He was truly dedicated to making my car buying experience the best I have ever had ! I have been buying cars (new and used) for 50 years and this was without a doubt the best experience of my life. It was exceptional. I cannot say enough good things and I love my new Bronco Sport! The finance department also was excellent.

Purchased a new truck from Ken Wilson Ford. Dealership had a wide selection of trucks to choose form. The salesperson, Jake Whittemore, was very professional, acted with integrity, was not pushy, was punctual with follow-up and provided exceptional service. He was accommodating concerning added features I wanted on the vehicle. Also, both the Sales Manager, Scotty Shulhofer, and the Finance Manager, Russell Taylor, were professional, knowledgeable and provided great service.

I purchased the used car out of sight as I live in

I purchased the used car out of sight as I live in another State. The pictures sent to me really showed the vehicle in excellent condition. The driver who drove the car to me was very nice, answered all my questions and explained fully on operating the vehicle. Also the dealer completed all the paperwork in order for me to register the vehicle in the State which I reside. I would not hesitate to recommend the Company to all my friends.

I had a 9am appointment at Ken Wilson Ford to have my

I had a 9am appointment at Ken Wilson Ford to have my 2021 Ford F-150 wire harness recall taken care of. I called the day before and spoke to the Service Supervisor,Dustin Forehand, to confirm and make sure they had the parts in stock and they would be able to perform the recall. He assured me that they should have the parts in stock and it was a simple fix and I could just wait for the vehicle. I showed up at 8:50am and talked to a service advisor and he said he couldn’t find my appointment, even though I spoke to the Service Supervisor the day before, and he told me that it would be a while since they were shorthanded?? I was totally disappointed and just left, even after I spoke to the Service Supervisor the day before to avoid any issues and this was the results. I would not recommend this service dealership because it’s obvious no one knows what is going on, despite scheduling and confirming with the Service Supervisor. This Ford Dealership used to be a five star dealership, but now since Crossroads purchased it, it has drastically changed for the worst. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from another Ford dealership out of town, despite purchasing a new vehicle in 2020 from them, because this dealership continues to be disappointing despite trying to give them another chance.
