Today was the first time I've ever been surprised by this

Today was the first time I've ever been surprised by this dealership and their service. This was not in a good way but I still like them. I normally know the cost of my service before the job is completed but today I was surprised by my final cost for an oil change. Needless to say it left me a little disgruntled.

Love, Love, Love this dealership. My service advisor (Jesus) is the best. Great customer service and great atmosphere. Also love how my advisor explain everything to me from required service! Dallas Dodge is great!
