I absolutely can not recommend having service done at Marhofer Nissan. Outrageously and unjustifiably over priced. So much so that I had my vehicle removed from here unrepaired and still disassembled.

You can see my additional response on the Akron BBB website currently listed as a customer review. As noted, I do not dispute that there was damage from a rodent. My complaint is based on three issues. The need for the entire wiring harness needing replaced, leaving the shifter/console assembly totally disassembled and the fact that I was told that the wires were not cut. The video disproved that statement and causes me to wonder what else was inaccurate in the needed repairs.
