Very pleasant and positive buying experience with Betty

Very pleasant and positive buying experience with Betty Byrd from Morganton Honda. I was not able to pick up the vehicle, so Betty brought it to me. How nice! Easy to complete paperwork, done at my dining room table! We have our Hondas serviced at Morganton Honda and find the service to be excellent as well. Highly recommend this dealership!

Bad service

Put a starter on my daughter's car, charged 300 plus labor. It lasted 5 days. Had to have it towed again and the mechanic I chose myself took the starter off and it was very badly damaged due to someone beating it into place. We have called and gone by and they keep promising to call back. Crickets. They took the $300 piece and we have nothing. We purchased 2 brand new CRVs from them in the past and felt they were reputable. I hope this review will encourage them to call us back.

Brought our 2020 Pilot in for recall work. Came home with a new 2023 Pilot! Both Jay Newman in sales and the techs in service did a great job

We were about to be charged 5k more than we had agreed to

We were about to be charged 5k more than we had agreed to at a different dealership. A quick Google search found us Morganton Honda. They not only made our experience amazing, but they also got us the same car with better features for a cheaper price AND put our faith back in Honda. They also made the purchase process so quick and easy that we were joking about how we felt like we were only borrowing the car once we got home. Extremely honest about everything, patient in answering all questions, and took the time to go over the features and controls in the car. We drove 3+ hours each way to work with them and we are already telling our friends and family to do the same should they need a new car. I could not recommend them enough.

Well worth the drive to this dealership!

I found a Honda Odyssey in the color and trim level that I had been looking for on Morganton Honda's website. After calling to confirm that the vehicle was still available, my wife and I drove there from Hickory to give it a test drive. We met our sales person, Betty Byrd, in the lot. She reviewed some of the major features of the van and then rode along on the test drive to show us how to operate some of the newer features, like the push button gear shifting. The Odyssey exceeded our expectations so we agreed to buy it. Betty made the process very easy and we were on our way home with our new van in less than an hour. No pressure and no wasted time. Thank you, Betty and Morganton Honda!

Best experience Ever!!

Bought a 2019 Honda CRV on 5/18/2203. Great Experience. The Sales Lady Tina was awesome! She was Friendly, Smiling & got the answers to our questions! The process was smooth & easy. This is the second car I have bought at this dealership.
