Lies deception and countless hours of waisted time

I have been to this dealer ship countless times over the past year bought a car as soon as I purchased the car I was treated like a nobody never got my full service detail as promised was told wait a year until it really gets dirty suck bs was promised several oil chambers dash mat complete lies just to get me to purchase after I purchased the car I was called several times to come down to see if I could get into something else I was deceived each time with promises and fake loan approvals this last time I was called by Sarku the salesman and he stated come down we have a huge rebate I said ok run my credit he did the. Said your approved gave me the terms I told him no money down payments not to go above 550 he said yes that's what we have I get there and sit for more than two hours I was already approved NOT compete lie after those two hours he comes back and says well payments will be over 600 and we need money down nothing but lies deception failing to give a customer what was promised even after purchasing a vehicle this dealership works off of deception pressured sales tactics and they absolutely do not have the best interested of the customer I sew a sign in their waiting room saying we will do what ever it takes to make sure you are satisfied bull crap they could care less period go to ford across the street that's what I'm going to do they just lost generations of buisness from me don't let this happen to you

Stay Away

This is an awful place to do business. I have leased 3 new cars from them since 2013. Every experience is worse than the prior one. The sales associates are very nice and helpful. Once it gets past the sales person, the experience is awful. They have asked for my keys to evaluate my car and refused to return the keys when I wanted to leave. They have promised me a check for money owed me. When I arrived, I was told that there was no one there who could sign it. They had me come in at a specific time to sign contracts on a car that we had agreed on the price, When I got there at the specified time, I was told that both the salesperson and manager were off that day and they tried to put together a new deal. I called this morning and asked for the party I needed to speak to and the phone never went to voice mail. I like Nissan cars, it is unfortunate that this dealership is the one nearest my home.

Email through Cars.com

I contacted the Dealer thorugh a link on Cars.com and got a single email response the next day that addressed my question very specifically and gave a precise answer, as well as encouragement to visit the lot. I appreciate the quick response and pertinent information provided that wasn't dependent on a drive 50 miles accross town to get an answer. The reason people use phones and email is so that they won't have to make a long drive.

Rich, Thank you for the great review and rating!

awesome in all aspects

Even though I didn't buy and I couldn't find a deal on a 4WD Titan SV. I would still come back. I bought my last Titan here they are outstanding in all aspects from buying to financing and repair. I wouldn't go any place other then Peoria Nissan. I have been to many other Nissan Dealers and none of them meet up to their standards.

Searching for new SUV

Spent 1:45 minutes trying to get a quote on trade in value and cost of new SUV. I felt like I was in Mexico at a time share presentation. They low balled trade in and could not come up with a price. I will never go back and never recommend this dealership. After 6-7 hours the sales manager calls to say they made some mistakes. ??

Harassment

I went into Peoria Nissan Friday evening around 7:00 PM to discuss a Nissan Versa advertised in their preowned selection. I do not enjoy the haggling or dishonesty in car shopping, so always insist on having the price quoted first with only advertised price, title, tax and license. The car salesman was nice, but the two other men working there were being difficult about giving me a total out the door price I requested. They finally provided a price I was willing to negotiate on, so I test drove the car. When we returned to the lot, I made an offer at 1k less than the total price. Ricky was one of the earlier men who provided some pricing information. He came in the cube trying to justify their price using Kelly Blue book and their supposed cost. I clearly said I wasn’t interested in anything except the final price to me and if they didn’t accept my offer we did not have anything to discuss. I got up, left the office area, and called my daughter to tell her we did not make a deal on the car so she didn’t need to continue driving over. We were on the phone when Ricky (Ricardo Beltran) followed me out to my car. I opened my car door and told him we have nothing to discuss. He stepped into the door space wanting to show me the papers with Kelly Blue Book price and I told him to step away from my car. He didn’t listen, so I yelled at him to get away from my car twice more and he didn’t move. It is incredibly intimidating to have someone standing right in the space of closing your car door. The exchange scared my daughter who was listening to me yelling at this guy to step away from my car. My heart was racing and stomach started churning. I was in complete shock that he was still standing there. I finally grabbed my door handle and slammed the door shut. He had to take a step back. I was so upset at this physically intimidating behavior I had to say something, so I went back in the dealership office and asked to speak to a manager. I was in utter disbelief this had even happened; shaking my head in amazement waiting for the manager to come up front. I quickly recapped how Ricky was being physically intimidating and he said “okay”!!! There is never an excuse for pushing yourself on another person, but the fact he stood there when I told him to step away and was even yelling at him to move without a response by him – that is harassment. I don’t know what was wrong with Ricky – he should have stepped away the first time I said it. There is absolutely no excuse to keep standing there after I was yelling at him. The manager’s indifference to physical intimidation is unreal. Normal people would be shocked – and his reaction was “okay”! Ricky and the manager on duty should be reprimanded at a minimum – although firing is more appropriate when you try to physically pressure someone or refuse to address that behavior by an employee. They cannot modify their behavior to have an inkling of respect or honesty. Shop somewhere else.

Lies Lies Lies

I purchased a new car from Peoria Nissan. They tried to sell me a used car warranty. They talked me into a roadside service plan. I agreed because both my husband and I believed that it covered windshield replacement. It did not. When I called them to discuss it the finance guy would not return my call. When I finally did get a call from someone they claimed the coverage was for 5 years, it was only 3. I paid $1200 for 3 years of roadside service? RIP OFF and I am canceling. I would never go back to this dealership!

Buyers beware

Horrible experience at Peoria Nissan. Sleazy, and degrading sales people, managers. They lie, cheat, and bully. Beware of Andy in finance- he will bully you into signing without reading contract, use scare tactics to sell unncessary add ons. The game is to make you wait all day before signing. Buyers beware!!

Consumer response

Peoria Nissan needs to have a reality check and come to terms that one shady deal is NOT worth losing customers over forever.

Terrible experience BEWARE

Terrible experience. Went to the dealer to look at 370z's the sales representative said they had some but before even looking at the car I had to fill out info on how much I wanted to spend. After saying I would just like to look at the vehicle before signing any papers he then said if I didn't sign my info to him I can't look around the lot and had to leave. Looks like I'll be buying my 370z from another dealer willing to let me see the vehicle before signing over my information. Will also make sure to avoid getting my vehicle serviced there as in the past I've had tremendous experiences with that.
