My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing

My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing and financing our Outlander. Our sales associate, Mitchell, was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. The sales manager, Kolin, was also very knowledgeable. Our finance person, Sandy, was great. Everyone was welcoming and friendly.

Very easy process.

Very easy process. The sales staff did everything they could to save us money. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Just writing words to make the 25 word minimum

Brought vehicle in to check engine malfunction codes.

Brought vehicle in to check engine malfunction codes. Vehicle under bumper to bumper warranty still and I was STILL charged for labor for them to look for a problem.

Give the lady at the service desk a bonus.

Give the lady at the service desk a bonus. If you lose her it will be your loss and someone else gain. I will always bring my car to Don Robinson even if he closes down I will set in the parking lot. They are the best and fair prices.
