HENDRICK HONDA was able to get me in quickly and replace a tire that picked up a screw in the sidewall. They also recalibrated my tpms.

Brought in my old, but 2010 Honda Element that I gave to my sister, but still had a couple of oil changes that I paid for, so yeah, I let her get ?MY OIL CHANGED?!, because yeah, I?m her ?little brother?! As usual, they got right on it, no worries, my sister, brother-in-law took me out to lunch ? And that was that! They know what needed to be done - They had plenty of practice on my other two earlier Elements I?ve had since what? 2004. Yeah, they know what to do ? I?m just glad they still have the filters, etc ? I still can?t get over that Honda stopped making them! I have to drive ?normal? Honda HRV thing now! I know ?

Dropped by on a Sunday afternoon (not many dealers open on Sunday anymore) to drive a CR-V; loved it, they gave me a fair trade-in allowance and I picked up the car the next day!

This is the second time I have bought from Honda of Hickory. I live in Boone, about an hour away and they are so wonderful! This time I dealt with Marshall and he was attentive without being annoying. He was there when I had questions but did not inundate me with tons of emails or texts. I reached out to Honda of Hickory on a Thursday and they delivered my new (to me) car the next Wednesday. It probably could have happened earlier but that was my pace. They brought the car to my office, we signed the paperwork, they provided my a zip drive with copies, transferred my tag to the new car and drove my trade-in back to the dealership. My new car was spotless inside and out and had a full tank of gas when delivered. They even go so far as to not require any warranty work to be done at their location; as long as the mechanic is certified you are all good. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Dealer worked with the insurance company and I basically I had to have no interaction. A few texts on progress and the repair was finished the day I was told it would be.

My experience was great as it usually is when I go there. Always helpful and everything is done in a timely manner. Salesman and financial services is great and works with their customers to have the best experience.
