I spent month researching cars and finally found the one I wanted out of state. I contacted my local dealership but they said the Autonation in San Jose would not return their calls or emails. I contacted Autonation San Jose and I was told from the get go that I could buy this car online and have it delivered to my home. NOT! I had to spend over $800 to travel to the nearest Autonation dealership to finalize the paperwork. I feel like I was totally deceived during the entire process. Had I not wanted this car I would have told them where to go and bought a competitor.

I recently had my XC90 serviced at AutoNation. As with past services, my advisor, Cheyenne La Jeunesse, is the primary reason that my experiences have all been so positive. Cheyenne is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and provides me with prompt and clear explanations throughout the process. Additionally, Cheyenne is very personable. She genuinely cares about her customers and she is a real pleasure to work with!

The salesman, Yoon Shin, is very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. So is the finance manager, Rich Ton. Yoon patiently demonstrated several features that are not easily found on the User Manual.

The absolute worst experience ever buying a vehicle. We bought a 2024 Volvo XC 60 that was supposedly a dealer demo. It turns out it was a rental car. We were flatly lied to as we asked if it was a rental and they told us no. We have been back to the dealer multiple times, most issues are not resolved. We absolutely despise the vehicle. The software issues are too numerous to list. There has been a recent recall as so many customers are unhappy. Many of the problems create dangerous issues. For example, the control screen locks up, the reverse camera goes dark, the blinkers don't work etc. The automatic door locks won't open, etc. I would not recommend anyone buying from this dealership. I would also not recommend the Volvo XC 60. The only thing worse than the vehicle is the personnel at the dealership they refuse to return phone calls or emails. Run away.

David was amazing! He took over as my point of contact and was very thorough and kind the entire time! He made the process very easy and had great communication through the entire process! I appreciate his patience and willingness to go above and beyond when my insurance turned a particular service away! Thank you David for your partnership and taking care of my vehicle.
