Year of the Rhino: 2025 Ram 1500 RHO Gets Mopar ’25 Treatment

Special editions always feel a little more special when the vehicle they’re based on is exciting to begin with. After years of being applied to models in the middle or at the end of their life cycle, or otherwise underwhelming (looking at you, Mopar ’13 Dodge Dart), automaker Stellantis’ annual Mopar treatment lands on something truly special for the 2025 model year: the new Ram 1500 RHO.

What Is the Mopar ’25 Ram 1500 RHO?
Like most of the 15 special editions that have preceded it, the Mopar ’25 Ram 1500 RHO wears Mopar Blue-and-gray graphics over black paint. It rides on black 18-inch beadlock-capable wheels wrapped in 35-inch all-terrain tires, while inside, a serialized badge on the front-seat center armrest identifies the truck as one of few. From there, Mopar adds select bits from its accessories catalog: a bed-mounted spare-tire carrier, RamBar accessory rack, running boards, front and rear Mopar Blue tow hooks, and a spray-in bedliner.
The pickup truck also features the optional RHO Level 1 Equipment Group, which adds most every luxury feature available on the Ram 1500: heated, ventilated and massaging front seats, black leather upholstery with gray stitching, a 14.5-inch touchscreen with navigation, 10.25-inch front-passenger touchscreen and head-up display.
Mechanically, the Mopar ’25 is the same truck as any other 1500 RHO. It packs the new high-output Hurricane twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine, which puts out 540 horsepower and 521 pounds-feet of torque. Ram says the truck can accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds and rip through the quarter-mile in 13.1 seconds.

Release Date and Pricing
The Mopar ’25 Ram 1500 RHO will arrive at dealerships in the spring — but relatively few dealerships. The annual Mopar models are produced in extremely limited quantities; only 225 Mopar ’25s are coming to the U.S., with another 25 earmarked for Canada. Ram has set the price for the truck at $88,830 (price includes $2,095 destination charge); the Mopar goodies carry a $6,500 premium.
