Chevrolet is displaying a production vehicle at the 2019 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas: the 2021 Silverado HD Carhartt Special Edition. Inspired by a concept vehicle from the , the production Carhartt Special Edition gives fans of both Chevrolet and the iconic workwear brand a chance to show their love for both.
Here’s what buyers of the Silverado HD Carhartt Special Edition get:
Exterior
The Carhartt Special Edition starts with a Silverado 2500 heavy-duty LTZ crew cab with the Z71 Off-Road Package that adds Rancho shocks, hill descent control and skid plates.
Only available in Mosaic Black Metallic exterior paint, the vent hood, tow hooks and tailgate bow tie are also blacked out; the bumpers are body-colored, too.
Carhartt Gold pinstriping, Carhartt badges on the doors and tailgate, and chrome grille surrounds and inserts complement the blacked-out look.
The soft tonneau cover is also embossed with the Carhartt logo.
Interior
The two-tone look continues inside, with black and Carhartt brown leather seats featuring “unique stitching.”
A Carhartt logo is also embroidered in the head restraints, just in case you haven’t gotten enough of the logo yet.
All-weather floor liners also wear the Carhartt logo.
The Carhartt Special Edition will go on sale in the fall of 2020. Pricing has not yet been announced, but “more than a Silverado 2500 LTZ with the Z71 package” seems like a safe bet.
