We’ve always found enough to like about the Lexus RX, but up until 2020, that statement came with a big but. Yes, it was a fine vehicle, but the touchpad or mouselike multimedia controls were confounding and frustrating. An update for 2020 is just what the doctor ordered, according to Cars.com reviewer Joe Bruzek. The revised 2020 Lexus RX ditches the mouse and adds a touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, addressing one (or is it several?) of the luxury SUV’s weakest areas.
