Top 10 Best-Selling Cars: December 2009

December was a relatively good month for the auto industry, with sales up almost across the board from the same month in 2008. The bad news is that December 2008 was horrendous for car sales.

The top 10 best-sellers see little change, but the Chevy Malibu does manage to outsell the Ford Fusion and Nissan Altima to be No. 7 on the list.
