Dodge is rolling into the 2020 Chicago Auto Show with two new factory appearance packages to dress up the 2020 Durango SRT with stripes or a blacked-out look. The show opens to the public Feb. 8.

The Redline Stripe Package adds, for $1,295, a pair of head-to-tail Satin Black center stripes with Redline Red accents that set them off from other stripe packages. For $1,495, the Durango SRT Black Package adds — surprise! — more gloss black, as well as dark-gray trim to the SRT, which already has a lot of dark details; the package is similar to the Blacktop offering for lower trim levels. The darkening includes all the badging, exhaust tips, mirror caps and “Dodge” lettering on the taillights, and it includes 20-inch dark matte-gray wheels, though you can sub Dodge’s Brass Monkey wheel option at no charge. Either package can be ordered with any of the SRT’s 10 paint colors.

The packages add to the list of factory appearance packages available to personalize Durangos and will be available starting in March. The new ones dress up the aging Durango SRT that continues in 2020 with little change. It’s powered by a 475-horsepower, 392-cubic-inch Hemi V-8 that puts out 470 pounds-feet of torque and is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. Performance-tuned chassis bits and all-wheel drive are standard, and the big SUV can hustle from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds.
