2019 Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, Charger: Recall Alert

Vehicles Affected: Approximately 8,000 model-year 2019 Chrysler 300 sedans and Dodge Challenger coupes and Charger sedans

The Problem: The instrument cluster may not properly illuminate driver warnings, increasing the risk of crash.

The Fix: Dealers will update the instrument cluster software for free.

What Owners Should Do: Chrysler and Dodge parent company Fiat Chrysler Automobiles begain notifying owners April 8. Owners can call the automaker at 800-853-1403, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s vehicle-safety hotline at 888-327-4236 or visit its website to check their vehicle identification number and learn more.
