CARS.COM — From its hood vent to its massive rear wing, the new 2017 Honda Civic Type R looks the part of a high-performance hatchback designed to take on cars like the Ford Focus RS and Volkswagen Golf R.
Functional changes aren’t limited to the exterior, though, as the cabin gets sport bucket seats with large side bolsters and a short-throw six-speed manual.
The Civic Type R goes on sale June 15 with a price of $34,775 including an $875 destination charge, but if a few more days is too long to wait to get an up-close look at the car, perhaps this photo gallery will tide you over.
