The problem: In affected vehicles the smart key may not start the vehicle. This may be due to the smart key becoming unsynchronized over time because it hasn’t been used or it has a low battery charge.
Corrective action: Dealers will re-synchronize the smart key.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the Nissan new-vehicle warranty.
