BMW’s new rear-wheel-drive coupe seats four and replaces the 1 Series coupe in the automaker’s stable. It’s just shy of 3 inches longer than the outgoing model, boasting a bit more rear-seat legroom and slightly more cargo space.
The 2 Series will be available in 228i and M235i trims. The amped-up M version uses a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder good for 322 horsepower and 332 pounds-feet of torque as well as an M specific adaptive suspension, M Sport braking system, variable sport steering and specially tuned exhaust.
